Permanently deleting your TikMatch account

From the app (fastest)

1. Open TikMatch
2. Profile → Settings → My account
3. Tap Delete my account
4. Read what will be deleted, then confirm

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you already removed the app

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. You have two options:

• Reinstall, sign in with the same account and follow the steps above, or
• Email __DESTEK_EPOSTA__ from the address or phone number linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We complete such requests within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your name, username, email address and phone number
• Your profile photos and every image you uploaded — removed from our servers too
• Your stories and highlights
• Your bio, date of birth, location and interests
• Your gender verification record
• The device records kept for notifications
• Your posts and comments — they stop being visible to others

What we keep, and why

The following is kept detached from your identity — it can no longer be linked back to you:

• Purchase and balance history. These are the accounting records of transactions made with real money. We are legally required to retain them.
• Gifts you sent. A creator's earnings cannot disappear because the sender deleted their account.
• Messages in other people's chats. The other person's chat history is their data and is not deleted by your request. Your name no longer appears.

After deletion

You can sign up again with the same email or phone number, but it creates a brand-new account: your old profile, balance, badges and conversations do not come back.

If you have a balance

Unused coin balances are not refunded and become unusable along with the account. You may want to spend your balance before deleting.
