Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of TikMatch, provided by __SIRKET_UNVANI__ (__SIRKET_ADRESI__, trade registry: __MERSIS_NO__).

By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What the service is

TikMatch is a social app offering live streaming, video and voice calls, voice rooms, messaging and content sharing. Users can send each other virtual gifts.

We may change the service, add features or remove them at any time. We announce significant changes in the app.

The app is provided as is. We do not promise it will run uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Age limit

TikMatch is for people aged 18 and over only.

We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and do not open accounts for anyone under 18. Stating your age truthfully is your responsibility.

If we later learn you are under 18, your account will be closed and your data deleted. No refunds are given for virtual items in this case.

If you believe a user is a minor, report them using the "Underage user" reason. These reports are reviewed as a priority.

3. Account and security

• Accounts are created only with your Google or Apple account. Keeping that account secure is your responsibility.
• You may not transfer, sell or rent your account.
• You may not evade enforcement by creating additional accounts.
• You may not impersonate anyone else.
• Tell us if you notice unauthorised activity: __DESTEK_EPOSTA__

4. Acceptable use

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the app you agree to this.

The following are prohibited:

• Nudity, sexual content, or offering sexual services
• Violence, gore, torture or self-harm content
• Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech; degradation based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability
• Any inappropriate depiction of minors — such content results in immediate account closure and, where required, a report to the authorities
• Promotion or sale of illegal goods and services
• Spam, bulk messaging, deceptive links, fraud
• Infringing anyone's copyright, trademark or personal rights
• Sharing personal information without consent
• Automated use, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security
• Trading virtual currency or accounts
• Weaponising the reporting system

How we enforce this

1. Automatic filtering. Text you write and images or videos you upload are scanned automatically for objectionable content.
2. Reporting. You can report any user, message, stream, post or story.
3. Blocking. Blocking a user hides their content from you and stops them contacting you.
4. Review. We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and close accounts where necessary.

For serious violations we may close an account without warning. If serious reports accumulate during a live stream, the stream ends automatically.

5. User content

Content you upload is yours. You keep ownership.

By uploading it you grant us a free, worldwide, transferable licence limited to what is needed to run the service: storing, copying, showing it to other users, and the technical operations the app requires. This licence ends when you remove the content, apart from a reasonable delay for technical backups.

Making sure your content does not infringe anyone's rights is your responsibility. To report infringement: __DESTEK_EPOSTA__

We may remove violating content without warning. If you believe your content was removed unfairly, you can appeal at the same address.

6. Virtual currency and subscriptions

Diamonds

• Diamonds are a virtual unit spent on gifts and certain features.
• Diamonds can be purchased, and may also be granted for free through promotions, rewards or a subscription. Free diamonds cannot be used for gifts; they work for other features.
• Diamonds are not real money, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable.
• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; refund requests are subject to that store's rules.
• If a store refunds a purchase, we do not claw back the diamonds granted for it; however, repeated refund requests may result in account closure.
• If your account is closed or you delete it, any remaining diamond balance is forfeited.

Beans (creator earnings)

• A user who receives a gift earns Beans.
• Beans currently cannot be exchanged for money. They are used for in-app progress, rankings and badges.
• We may enable cashing out Beans in the future. If we do, it will be subject to separate terms announced in advance, which may include minimum amounts, identity and tax verification, payout schedules and deductions.
• As of today a Bean balance creates no monetary entitlement, and this document is not a promise of one.

Subscription (Tik+)

• Weekly and monthly plans are offered. Price and duration are shown clearly on the purchase screen.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, you are charged again for the same duration.
• Cancel through the store you bought from (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Google: Play Store → Subscriptions). We cannot cancel it for you.
• After cancelling, features stay active until the end of the current period.
• Diamonds included with a subscription are granted once per period.
• If the price changes, the store notifies you and asks for your consent.

7. Ending your account

If you end it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your personal data and uploaded media; financial records remain as accounting entries with your identity removed. Any remaining diamond balance is forfeited.

If we end it

We may suspend or permanently close your account if you breach these terms. For serious breaches this happens without warning. No refund is given for remaining virtual balances.

8. Limitation of liability, governing law, contact

Liability

TikMatch is a platform where users communicate with each other. We are not responsible for content shared by users or for their conduct. Exercising reasonable care in your interactions with other users is up to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from service interruptions. This limitation does not cover wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes

We may change these terms. Changes are published on this page and the "Last updated" date changes. For significant changes we also notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of __YETKILI_MAHKEME__ have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are reserved.

Additional terms: Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, the following also apply:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We alone are responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for claims relating to product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or third-party intellectual property; those are directed to us.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on any prohibited-party list.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you directly.
